THE BIO
My name is Maina Samwel Ndungu, I am a third year real estate student at the University of Nairobi. I truly believe I am a hardworking person with the innate sense of drive and success.
Aside from the school work, I also play basketball in a local team called ‘old pirates’. I have been playing basketball for a little over six years now and this has no doubt taught me to work with and manage a team. Other than teamwork, basketball has instilled in me values like discipline, hard work and following a chain of command.

I am also a videographer/cinematographer. This means I am able to shoot, edit and present videos depending on the client’s preferences. This hobby quickly turned into a passion during the initial phase of COVID-19 lockdown last year. With only a year of practical experience in this field, I have been able to work with musicians, athletes and even international clients. Working in this field has taught me customer relations, especially dealing with difficult clients. I am also able to use my creative side to create art and even earn a little on the side.

I reside in Ongata Rongai and I have noticed over the years that even though my town is fast growing, it is also very underdeveloped with acres and acres of land left barren without use. I want to use the skills I will acquire from your agency to help eradicate this lack of development of prime land in my area.
The areas I would like to specialize in under real estate would be valuation, property management and property consultancy and development.
The geographical areas I have my eye on regarding conducting real estate activities would be Kileleshwa, Roysambu areas around Nairobi and areas like Ongata Rongai, Limuru, Syokimau and Kitengela regions around the outskirts of Nairobi. I believe these places are very marketable areas experiencing remarkable growths over the course of the last two years.

In conclusion my passion to succeed and willingness to work to get me there is unshakeable. I want to learn and adapt to this new aspect in my life and what better way of doing that than working with you and your agency.
