Key Responsibilities:

• Identify sales opportunities for an assigned territory and in line with the company strategic plan .
• Agency Work, buying & selling property.
• Procure developments for sale & let.
• Find buyers & sellers for listed companies.
• Acquire corporate clients.
• Widen the company database.
• Manage the day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

• Must have – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or related.
• Must be entrepreneurial.
• Proven experience in real estate sales – 4 years.
• Good networking skills.
• Possession of a good database of clients, current and past.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Mature, honest & hardworking.
• Computer literate.
