Your Role as a Real Estate Research Insights Parner
You will create, participate and work on projects to uncover insights on trends, patterns and behaviours that advance our mission to be the best real estate company at creating generational wealth.
Responsibilities
You shall collect, analyze and process the highest quality data on competitors, customers, products, and industry. You will leverage different data collection methods including phone calls or emails to stakeholders, extraction from online sources, and review of internal proprietary or licensed data sets.
You will:-
- Collect, input, analyze and interpret internal and external information on the real estate market, available properties, transactions, tenants, and new developments
- Track and analyze different aspects and segments of real estate including residential, office, and industrial markets and uncover trends, patterns, and behaviors in pricing, vacancies, construction, and economic conditions.
- Research and evaluating economic, demographic, and market data, commercial real estate market transactions (sales and rentals) to understand market participants’ motivations and investment criteria.
- Prepare, compile and organize findings in graphs, charts, mock-ups, diagrams, and accurate reports and respond to ad hoc internal and external client requests for data, graphs, commentary, etc.
- Identify market trends and patterns and produce quarterly market reports.
- Search, validate, perform fieldwork, interviews, experiments, concept-test, etc. to gather data as required input into appropriate database(s)..
- Frequently self-audit work and check data for errors and inconsistencies and organize and maintain research databases.
- Effectively prioritize workload, ensuring that time-sensitive tasks are done efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain positive and effective stakeholder/customer relationships
- Additional administration duties as required
This is a performance-based position with significant earning ability from our task based compensation structure. You must have or be willing to create a strong local network and use exceptional negotiation skills and the rest we will teach you.

- Proficiency with consulting management software and CRM
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Experience using online tools such as Zoom to present & Slack to communicate
- You must also be prepared to register with Upwork.com where we will manage our relationship with you.

Your competitive remuneration package will include a performance-based commission paid for results and team incentive pay.
