You will be the right-hand person and a master multitasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat, self-starter attitude.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
-Manage events and an extremely active calendar,
-Arrange complex travel, logistics, itineraries, and agendas globally;
-Organize meetings, events, catering, and celebrations;
-Monitor inbox, address time-sensitive emails, and handle calls;
-Draft correspondences, and media statements and assist in preparing presentations;
-Liaise with external professionals and service providers
-Assist in our social media outreach; and
-Observe a code of strictest confidentiality at all times.
Our Must Haves:
-Minimum 1-year experience supporting an executive;
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
-Excellent verbal and written English communication;
-a high level of autonomy, independence, and initiative.
-Strong commercial judgment, organizational skills and ability to multitask;
-A Demonstrable proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability;
-Experience arranging travel, meetings, catering, and general office organization;
-Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, and Zoom; and
-Always discreet and confidential.
