I am a hardworking third year student taking Bachelor of real estate in the University of Nairobi, always striving to achieve the best results of any given assignment at any situation. I have always been adempted in assessing and understanding the different assignments a real estate agent will come across and the different kind of customers they handle.
My internship objective is to always uphold integrity and deliver both personally and as part of a team by applying what I already have learnt from school about my field and what I will be trained during the two-day training in your company. My three main areas of interest that am looking forward to learn in the two-month internship program are property valuation, property management and real estate property consultancy and development and I am also hopefully I will be able to get to know the market strategies of the selected areas in the following geographical areas; parklands, ngara, kilimani, kileleshwa, spring valley, Kabete and Kwale.
Academically, I am an average student and I scored B+ in my Kenya Certificate of Secondary School, 2017. My high school life was characterized with the following positions and responsibilities;
• class prefect (1&2)
• Dorm captain (3&4)
• wildlife club chairman
• soccer team assistant captain
Other than participating in soccer, I also represented my school in music festivals, science congress, mathematics and language contest. I also received several awards including best mathematics student in form one, best soccer player (form 1&3) and various certificates for music festivals. I attended my primary school at Kwale Tumaini Academy Boarding School. Some of the memorable events in my primary school include being named as the cleanest student of the year 2013, best mathematics student as from class 5 to class 8, led my house soccer team in winning interhouse soccer tournament, 2013.
Other than school work I have also made memorable events from daily interaction with the society including the following; I became familiar with computer packages through helping a friend in carrying out his cyber activities, joined a charity work association, participating in my local soccer team among others.
I spend my free times skating, playing soccer, swimming, reading journals or playing video games. That’s all about me, thank you.
