Being a Real Estate student at Jomo Kenyatta University of science and technology and having worked at various Real Estate firms, Samuel Mwangi has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in the real estate market, making him an effective solution to buyers and sellers challenges.
Samuel was born and raised in Ng’arua, Laikipia County. Since his teenage days, he has had an ardent passion for Real Estate. Having lived in Ng’arua for over 20 years, Samuel understands the local Real Estate market, adding to his effectiveness as an agent in the area.
Currently, Samuel lives in Juja, where he is undertaking his undergraduate studies at JKUAT. Previously, Samuel worked in the Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning as a Valuation Intern. During the period, Samuel would conduct valuations in Nairobi and Kiambu county, including Juja. The Ministry of Lands’ experience added to Samuel’s knowledge in Juja’s Real Estate Market, the ability that he prides himself on solving his client’s challenges.
When executing his agency chores, Samuel aims at solving his client’s challenges rather than closing deals. He believes in advising his clients accordingly to ensure that their decisions reflect the market trends and avoid massive threats posed by unprofessional Real Estate practice.
