I am a hardworking, determined and goal-oriented real estate student who wants to impact positively in society through the creation of valuable and sustainable properties for clients. I am currently in my third year of study, studying Bachelor of Real Estate at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. My passion for Real Estate was inspired by the imperishability and value of real estate property which keeps changing over time. My greatest goal is to develop sustainable properties in the quest to ensure that Kenya fulfills vision 2030. I have excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills which have been significant in enabling me to effectively utilize various marketing techniques. I have advanced mathematics skills which have been a great booster to my valuation skills. I not only have a good understanding of laws regarding real estate but I also abide by the laws.
I have a clear understanding of the real estate profession through my three years of study where have gained knowledge in the following sectors; Real Estate property valuation, Real estate marketing, building technology, Real Estate Law, Real Estate Taxation, property feasibility studies, Real estate financial accounting, project management, and real estate economics. I can utilize the knowledge and skills I have acquired in the course of study to ensure that I satisfy the expectations of clients. I have experience in buying and selling of real estate properties which I gained from my previous attachment at Shamata Real Estate based in Ruai, Kiambu county. Through my classwork projects, I have been able to gain skills in valuation, subdivision of land using AUTOCAD and ARCGIS softwares. I am well conversant with the Computer packages and can easily adapt to the changes coming up with the digitization of society.
